ADirectory.us Terms of Service

Overview

The ADirectory.us Web Site Submission Service is designed for webmasters, web site owners, and marketing organizations who wish to have web sites reviewed for possible inclusion in ADirectory.us.  All web site submissions are subject to the Terms of Service, which may be updated from time-to-time without notice.

Description of Services

ADirectory.us provides a professional review by a web site editor for possible inclusion into the ADirectory.us directory.  By submitting a link, you acknowledge that the payment is for a review of that link, and does not guarantee inclusion in the ADirectory.us web site directory.

Payment

ADirectory.us utilizes the Paypal payments processor.  All payments for web site reviews are due upon web site submission.  Whether or nor your web site listing is approved, no refunds will be provided.  The three most important criteria in the editorial review process are these:

  1. An informative, user-friendly web site
  2. with a focused, well-written description
  3. submitted to a relevant directory category

Eligibility

ADirectory.us only accepts English-language web sites.  ADirectory.us will not accept web sites that:
  • are "under construction".
  • spawn multiple "pop up" windows.
  • have a non-functional "back" button.
  • redirect visitors to another web site.
  • constitute, include, or promote chat rooms.
  • constitute, include, or promote illegal content.
  • constitute, include, or promote pornographic content.
  • constitute, include, or promote inappropriate violent content.
  • promote the use of alcoholic beverages, drugs, or tobacco.
  • contain advertising links with minimal original content.
  • contain affiliate links with minimal original content.
  • contain excessive grammatical or spelling errors.
This list of unacceptable web site characteristics is not exhaustive.

Placement

ADirectory.us editors reserve the right to edit the title and description of your web site and to move your web site listing to a different category.

Termination

ADirectory.us editors reserve the right to remove your web site from the directory without prior notice if it violates any of the Terms of Service.

Warranty

All information on ADirectory.us and services offered by ADirectory.us are provided "as is."  This information and these services are provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.  These Terms of Service are not intended to imply that the services provided will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Indemnity

By using this website and/or its services, you agree that ADirectory.us, its agents, and its parent company Zeducorp are not responsible for errors or omissions, and shall have no liability for damages of any kind, including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from any information, product, or service made available hereunder or the use or modification thereof.  ADirectory.us' liability to any customer shall not, for any reason, exceed the amount actually paid by that customer to ADirectory.us under this Terms of Service agreement.
